About us

Premium workplace furniture, delivered globally.

KB NOWSALE LIMITED is a London-registered supplier of office furniture and workplace equipment, working with corporate clients, architects and contractors in Europe, the United States and beyond.

Who we are

A furniture partner built around specification and certainty.

KB NOWSALE LIMITED was established to solve a specific problem in the office furniture market: too many suppliers, too little documentation, and specifications that drift between quotation and delivery. We built the collection the other way round - one curated range of desks, seating, meeting tables, storage and workplace equipment, each with a permanent product code, documented materials and published dimensions.

From our registered office at 23 Office Suite 29A, 3F Wharf Street, London SE8 3GG, we manage the full commercial relationship: specification, quotation, sampling, production follow-up, consolidated shipping and installation, then aftercare. Clients deal with a named contact from first enquiry to final handover.

Today the collection covers 75 designs across 7 collections, from boardroom suites for twelve to single height-adjustable desks delivered to a home office. The approach does not change with size: the same specification discipline, the same documentation, the same warranty.

Who we work with

Three kinds of clients, one way of working.

Corporate clients

Facilities, HR and procurement teams fitting out headquarters, regional offices and hybrid floors who need compliant, documented furniture on a published schedule.

Architects & designers

Practices specifying finishes, dimensions and detailing who need a supplier that can hold a specification from concept through to snagging.

Contractors & developers

Main contractors and fit-out specialists who need furniture packages coordinated with the wider programme, phased by floor and handed over clean.

Commitment to quality

Quality is a specification, not an adjective.

We publish what each piece is made of and how it is tested, because our clients have to justify the purchase long after the invoice is paid.

01

Tested, not assumed

Desks, seating and storage are built to BS EN 527, BS EN 1335, BS EN 14073 and BIFMA X5.1 - with load, cycle and stability testing documented for each platform.

02

Responsible materials

FSC-certified timber, water-based low-emission lacquers, recycled-PET acoustic panels and recyclable protective packaging are available as standard options.

03

Finishing by hand

Veneer matching, edge banding, upholstery and final assembly are completed by hand in our supply partners' workshops, then inspected against a written checklist.

04

Built to survive procurement

Every order ships with an acknowledgement, finish list, care instructions and warranty certificate - the paperwork facilities teams are asked to produce.

How a project runs

From floor plan to snagging sign-off.

A predictable four-stage process, with a single point of contact and written confirmation at every step.

01

Brief & survey

We review floor plans, headcount, working patterns and brand standards - remotely or on site in the UK and Western Europe.

02

Specification & quotation

You receive a costed schedule with finishes, dimensions, lead times and layout options, usually within two working days.

03

Sampling & sign-off

Finish samples, upholstery swatches and, where useful, a mock-up position are approved before production is released.

04

Delivery & aftercare

Consolidated shipping, installation to a phased programme per floor, snagging sign-off and a ten-year structural warranty.

Space planning

Free layout drawings and capacity studies for every project, from a single executive office to a full headquarters fit-out.

European specification

Furniture built to BS EN and BIFMA standards with FSC-certified timber, low-emission finishes and documented compliance.

Project delivery

Consolidated shipping from our London office, with installation programmes coordinated to your building's access and hours.

Responsibility

Furniture that earns its carbon over a decade.

The most sustainable piece of furniture is the one still in use in ten years. That is why we specify replaceable mechanisms, re-upholsterable chairs, repairable surfaces and spare parts held for the life of the model.

Where our clients have environmental reporting requirements, we provide FSC-certified timber options, low-emission finishes, recycled-content acoustic materials and packaging that can be returned on the delivery vehicle for reuse or recycling.

  • FSC-certified timber on request, with chain-of-custody documentation
  • Greenguard Gold low-emission boards and finishes available
  • Take-back and refurbishment service for re-upholstery and re-lamination
  • Packaging collected on the installation vehicle wherever logistics allow
