Enquiry details you send us: name, company, work email address, telephone number, delivery country, quantities and any project information you choose to share.

Commercial records created during a project: quotations, order acknowledgements, delivery addresses and installation notes.

Technical information generated when you use this website: pages viewed and aggregated analytics. This site does not use advertising cookies and does not sell personal data.

To answer enquiries and prepare quotations (performance of, or steps towards, a contract).

To process orders, arrange delivery and provide warranty support (performance of a contract).

To keep commercial records required for tax, accounting and statutory purposes (legal obligation).

To send workplace insight newsletters where you have subscribed (consent, withdrawable at any time).

We share information only with parties necessary to deliver a project: our manufacturing and logistics partners, installation contractors and professional advisers.

Where a partner is located outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months where no order follows. Order, delivery and warranty records are kept for the warranty period plus six years to meet accounting requirements.

Newsletter subscriptions are held until you unsubscribe.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, request restriction, or ask for data portability.

Send any request to sales@kbnowsale.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

This website uses only the storage strictly necessary to operate the pages you request. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.
