- Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
- Yes. Our primary markets are the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States, and we arrange consolidated shipping worldwide through our freight partners. Quotations state the delivery basis (EXW, DAP or DDP) so landed cost is clear before you commit.
- Is there a minimum order value?
- There is no minimum order for catalogue pieces, although delivery is most efficient for full floors or multi-room packages. Trade terms are available for design practices, contractors and repeat corporate accounts.
- Can I see finishes before ordering?
- Yes. We post veneer, laminate, metal and upholstery samples on request, and can arrange a mock-up desk or chair position for larger projects so the specification is approved physically rather than on screen.
- How are prices shown?
- Indicative prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT, delivery and installation unless stated. Your written quotation is the binding price and includes any applicable trade discount.
